- Google maps Springwood Wellness Centre or
- Heading South on the freeway, Rochdale Rd Exit (this is the one after Eight Mile Plains)
- Continue straight ahead parallel to the freeway, then left into Springwood Rd (the old Ikea used to be on this corner, now it’s A Mart)
- Right into Cinderella Dve, looking on the right hand side of the street, you’ll pass Blockbuster video on the cnr of Fitzgerald ave, it’s just after this, go slow as it’s tucked back from the street behind some palm trees, off street parking. (There’s also parking around the back, access from Fitzgerald Ave).
